My name is Ruy and live in Barcelona. I have 2 rooms available for until 4 persons. for days and weeks. The rent for month or long term contract is only for one person. Note Please; My home is a good place to stay, confortable, clean, safe, but its not a 5 stars hotel. We are in a old apartment with old books, antique furniture and rustic style. Don't expect luxury and extravagance. This has been my home for 15 years. It's a simple place and not a tourist area. I'm always working to keep everything running smoothly. Everything matches the photos in the listing and the prices are as advertised. Don't have high expectations and be realistic. Pets are allowed and this month we have 3 cats living in the house. If you are travelers and need a clean and peacefully place to stay, you are welcome in my home. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Blue Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 650.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Orange Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 235.00 Weekly / 575.00 Monthly House Rules: 1 - Be Respectfull if is not posible be nice and friendly 2 - After use things, dont forget to clean. 3 - After use the bathroon please, check and keep the order. 4 - If you have any doubt, please, Ask. 5 - No partyes.
