Comfortable room in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Barcelona We’re renting out a room in our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the lovely Sarrià-Sant Gervasi neighbourhood, a quiet and well-connected area of Barcelona. The apartment is located close to El Putxet train station and Av General Mitre, with easy access to public transport, shops, cafés, restaurants and everything you might need during your stay. You’ll have your own private bedroom, while the living room and kitchen are shared only with me and my partner — so it’s a small, relaxed household rather than a busy shared flat. We’re happy to help make your stay in Barcelona easier: we can recommend places to visit, restaurants, local spots, transport options, and anything else you might need while you’re here. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which is a little extra exercise, but it’s a great way to get a few steps in while enjoying a comfortable home in a fantastic location!
