Its narrow, winding streets open onto charming squares, creating a unique atmosphere. Key landmarks include Plaça Reial, Barcelona Cathedral, the Basilica of Santa Maria del Pi, Plaça de Sant Jaume, and the Old Port (Port Vell). The neighborhood combines rich history with lively shops, traditional restaurants, and cultural venues, making it a must-visit area for those wanting to experience Barcelona’s authentic heritage. This is a coliving apartment located in one of the most characterful areas of central Barcelona, right in the heart of El Born/La Ribera. It is a spacious apartment with high ceilings and decorative period details, designed for people who want to experience the city from the inside while enjoying the comfort of having everything ready from day one. The apartment has 7 private rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 washing machines, a large shared living room with big windows and a balcony, and a shared patio that is perfect for having a drink, relaxing, or spending quality time with your flatmates. It is also very well connected by public transport. The nearest metro station is Jaume I (L4), just a few minutes’ walk away, and Barcelona Estació de França is also nearby, offering train connections. Around the apartment, there are several bus stops on Via Laietana and Pla de Palau, making it easy to move around Barcelona. Another great advantage is its proximity to Parc de la Ciutadella, ideal for going for a walk, exercising, or taking a break outdoors. Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service. The age range of our Colivers is between 19 and 35 years old, including both men and women from all around the world. All of our apartments are mixed, meaning you'll share the space with both male and female housemates. While we encourage community interaction, we also respect your need for privacy. We are starting to accept pets in some of our apartments. Make sure it is marked with the "Pet Friendly" icon, and ask us if it is possible. If you have any allergies to animals, please let us know as well. We strive to make sure that your roommates are people with similar interests and/or needs as you so that you can share experiences, support each other, and create as many synergies as possible. We will never be prejudiced against race, religion, or gender. We are a diverse and inclusive community. Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions. We aim to return your security deposit within 32 days after your contract ends. However, if your contract ends in January, February, July, or August, it might take up to 67 days due to bimonthly utility bills. If there are any outstanding payments or damages, those will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding! Yes, signing a contract is part of our process to ensure a smooth stay. It helps clarify the terms and conditions, making everything clear for everyone involved. In addition to rent, there may be a welcome fee and a cleaning charge.
