Weekly cleaning of common areas: Our cleaning team maintains the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways) every week to ensure cleanliness and comfort. Ongoing tenant support: A dedicated coliving manager is available throughout your stay to help with any questions, maintenance needs, or issues that may arise. Community setup & communications: We’ll add you to the apartment’s communication group and keep communication open between flatmates and the management team to support a harmonious shared living environment. To prepare your contract and ensure we’re aligned with local regulations, we’ll also need a few documents from you after reservation payment is complete: - A valid photo ID (NIE, TIE, or passport). - Your residency address (even if temporary or in your home country). - If you're a student: an official university acceptance letter. - If you're a worker: a job offer or employment contract. This temporary accommodation with services is intended exclusively for recreational, tourist, or holiday use, whether during the summer season or any other period.
