Stay in one of the most beautiful and special areas of Barcelona, in the heart of Eixample Dreta, known for its elegant architecture, peaceful residential streets and traditional Catalan atmosphere. Unlike the livelier nightlife areas of Eixample Esquerra, this part of the neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential atmosphere while allowing you to reach the city’s main attractions, restaurants and cafés on foot. Our home is in a peaceful residential neighbourhood known for its beautiful architecture, elegant streets and traditional Barcelona atmosphere. The Sagrada Família is about a 15-minute walk away, La Pedrera is just five minutes away, and Casa Batlló is around 15 minutes on foot. There is also a beautiful castle-like house right on the corner. Many of the city’s main attractions, cafés, restaurants and local shops are within easy walking distance. One of the things we value most about this area is how safe and comfortable it feels. It is a wonderful neighbourhood to walk around, including in the evening, and coming home at night feels easy and relaxed. Although we are very centrally located, the area still feels residential and genuinely local. You are close enough to walk to many tourist areas, but far enough away from the busiest parts of the city to experience everyday Barcelona life, in a neighbourhood historically associated with the Catalan bourgeoisie and some of the city’s most beautiful Modernist architecture. The room is a cozy private room, ideal for one person. It is simple, comfortable and well organised for a short stay. **Booking & Cancellation Policy** To secure your stay, a 30% advance payment of the total accommodation cost is required via Wise. Because the room is reserved exclusively for you and becomes unavailable to other guests once your booking is accepted, this advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Please make sure your travel dates are confirmed before booking. I completely understand that plans can sometimes change, but as a small home host I am unable to absorb the cost of cancelled stays after holding the room. Your stay is considered secured once the 30% advance payment has been received. Thank you for understanding and for booking only when you are comfortable with these conditions. My daughter and I live in the apartment, and we sometimes welcome other international guests. The atmosphere at home is calm, friendly and easy-going, and we want our guests to feel genuinely welcome. This stay is especially lovely for someone who wants to experience Barcelona rather than simply visit it: walking around the city, discovering neighbourhoods, working from one of the many nearby cafés or coworking spaces, studying, sightseeing, enjoying the food and architecture, and then coming back to a peaceful home at the end of the day.
