Our Home: We live in a lovely apartment close to the Sagrada Familia, offering a true Barcelona experience. The cool part? We have a beautiful rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the entire city! It's the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine. About Us: We are a group of four respectful and easygoing people from different nationalities. This means you'll get a taste of a truly international household! We also have a little Cavalier King dog who is full of happiness and loves to meet new people. Languages Spoken: We can converse in English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech, and Croatian, so communication won't be a barrier. And if words fail us for a moment, don't worry – we're all happy to communicate with gestures too! :) Things to Note: We're happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have (just let us know in advance). Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom This room is a medium double room for 1 person or a couple. Capacity: 2 Rates: 230.00 Weekly / 530.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom This room is a large double room for 1 person or a couple, it is on the ground floor, sunny with a private balcony. Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: Living Together: Respectful Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise, especially after 11 PM. This ensures a peaceful environment for everyone. Keeping Shared Spaces Tidy: Let's all do our part to keep common areas clean! Please put things back where you found them and help maintain a comfortable space for everyone. No Large Gatherings: This house is intended for residents only. Please refrain from hosting large parties. Booking and Cancellation: Reservation Deposit: To secure your booking, a 25% deposit of the total rent is required upfront via bank transfer. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted with a full refund if received at least 7 days before your arrival date. Arrival and Departure: Check-in: Between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your booking. Check-out: Please vacate the house by 11:30 AM on your departure date. Early/Late Check-in/out: Early arrival or late departure may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire in advance to confirm any exceptions.
