This means you'll get a taste of a truly international household! We also have a little Cavalier King dog who is full of happiness and loves to meet new people. Languages Spoken: We can converse in English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and French, so communication won't be a barrier. This elevated ground-floor suite feels like the second floor, featuring a private balcony, a luxurious bathroom with a bidet and large shower. A bright and cozy retreat for your stay! Capacity: 2 Rates: 260.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: Living Together: Respectful Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise, especially after 11 PM. This ensures a peaceful environment for everyone. Keeping Shared Spaces Tidy: Let's all do our part to keep common areas clean! Please put things back where you found them and help maintain a comfortable space for everyone. No Large Gatherings: This house is intended for residents only. Please refrain from hosting large parties. Booking and Cancellation: Reservation Deposit: To secure your booking, a 25% deposit of the total rent is required upfront via bank transfer. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted with a full refund if received at least 7 days before your arrival date. Arrival and Departure: Check-in: Between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your booking. Check-out: Please vacate the house by 11:30 AM on your departure date. Early/Late Check-in/out: Early arrival or late departure may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire in advance to confirm any exceptions.
