Beautiful, quiet, architectual house near the Sagrada Familia and the Estrella Damm beer factory. Across the street from the metro. The room is very private, no other guests are in the house (I live upstairs). You will have a key and can come and go as you please. There is a long desk, WIFI, a small refrigerator, and a kettle in the room, plus some coffee and teas. Two friendly cats will likely greet you upon your every entry :) All facilities are new, contemperary and comfortable. Welcome! Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Downstairs private bedroom) with Ensuite bathroom This is a very private room for one person or two (the bed has a second pullout bed underneath) with its own ensuite bath. You have heat and AC, a kettle and refridgerator, your own unshared staircase. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking or tobacco in the room at all. Upstairs is off limits. I do enforce a checkout time of 11am. Amenities: Internet Access
