Just keep in mind that there’s an additional cost for double occupancy, which is already detailed in each apartment description. As part of our community, you’ll also enjoy discounted access to a coworking space in the Les Corts neighborhood, and also discounts on third-party coworking spaces. Yes, the neighborhood is generally considered safe. We encourage our residents to explore the area and enjoy everything it has to offer while feeling secure. Yes, you can lock your bedroom door for privacy and security. We want you to feel comfortable and at home in your space! Yes, we have a dedicated community manager who is here to help you settle in, organize events, and ensure that everyone feels at home. We're excited to welcome you! Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. It's a great place to prepare your favorite dishes and share cooking experiences with fellow residents! In addition to rent, there may be a welcome fee and a cleaning charge. We recommend checking our platform for more details on any extra fees that may apply. We're here to help you understand all costs involved! Yes, signing a contract is part of our process to ensure a smooth stay. It helps clarify the terms and conditions, making everything clear for everyone involved. We aim to return your security deposit within 32 days after your contract ends. However, if your contract ends in January, February, July, or August, it might take up to 67 days due to bimonthly utility bills. If there are any outstanding payments or damages, those will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding! Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions.
