Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Yes, you will have your own private space to relax and unwind. While we encourage community interaction, we also respect your need for privacy.
We are starting to accept pets in some of our apartments. Make sure it is marked with the "Pet Friendly" icon, and ask us if it is possible. If you have any allergies to animals, please let us know as well.
We strive to make sure that your roommates are people with similar interests and/or needs as you so that you can share experiences, support each other, and create as many synergies as possible.

Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions.
We aim to return your security deposit within 32 days after your contract ends. However, if your contract ends in January, February, July, or August, it might take up to 67 days due to bimonthly utility bills. If there are any outstanding payments or damages, those will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding!
