I offer two single rooms furnished with a wardrobe and desk. Guests have access to the kitchen, living room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom, and washing machine. One room is interior and the other exterior with a balcony. Very bright. Very close to the city center: 15 minutes walk, and with excellent transport links. I speak Catalan, Spanish, and basic English. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Exterior room) with Shared bathroom The room is furnished with shelves, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. It gets morning sun, and you can step out onto the balcony, which has chairs and a table. The sunshade can be extended. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (Interior room) with Shared bathroom Interior, very quiet and bright. It consists of a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Guests must not disturb the neighbors with noise. Parties and receiving guests are prohibited. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
