I live in this peaceful and friendly apartment in Guinardó and work from home during the day. I offer a quiet, welcoming environment that is ideal for one respectful guest. The apartment has internet access, laundry facilities and a shared bathroom. Guests may also use the home office in the evenings, subject to availability. The home is approximately an eight-minute walk from the L4 metro line, with convenient connections to central Barcelona and the beach. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Habitación en Guinardó) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 260.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: Please respect the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the home. Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment. Parties, events and excessive noise are not allowed. Only the registered guest may stay overnight. Visitors require prior approval. Please keep the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and shared areas clean and tidy after use. The home office is available to the guest in the evenings only, subject to availability. It is not accessible during my working hours or meetings. Please use water, electricity, gas and heating responsibly, as utility costs are shared. Laundry facilities may be used at reasonable hours. Please avoid running the washing machine during quiet hours. Please lock the entrance door and close windows whenever you leave the apartment. Keys must not be copied or given to another person. Any damage, breakage or maintenance issue must be reported immediately. Personal belongings must not be left in shared areas without permission. Illegal activities and disruptive or disrespectful behaviour are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbours and follow the building’s community rules.
