The area is called El Charco de San Ginés, a historic landmark on the island, representing the union of the ocean with the capital city of Arrecife. Charming local bars and restaurants are nestled around the lagoon, creating a vibrant atmosphere day and night. We offer six rooms in total, from double rooms for you to share with your partner, to single rooms just for yourself. They all are equipped with good quality furniture, decorated with a bohemian style inspired by our property's soul, and have a cozy vibe that will make you feel at home instantly. When you book a room at this Coliving you get 24/7 private access to the in-house workspace we have set up just for our colivers. The natural light and the views over the sea and the lagoon makes this coworking an inspiring place to work from. It is an event that connects us and the local community through gastronomy, well-being, Canarian art, and live music. Even though we have enough space in the coliving to accommodate more, we want to keep it this way, so that you all feel there is enough space for us all. Also, all rooms are private. Absolutely!
