Around the apartment This is located in the middle of Maxvorstadt, the cultural heart of the city. There are numerous of nice parks, cafes, restaurants and stores around the corner. From the apartment you can take a 10 minute stroll to the two most famous museums of Munich, the Glyptothek and the Alte Pinatothek, and the U2 metro line will take you to central station in less than 5 minutes. All apartments are set up with high quality furniture and equipment. Apartment 2 is located on 1st floor and has 4 spacious bedrooms facing a quiet street, 2 modern shared bathrooms, dining area and a modern open kitchen. The living room has a spacious balcony attached which is facing the south. The building has a private garage in the basement where you have direct access to (e)bike, cargobike and car sharing services. Private parking lots are also available upon request (against an additional fee A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount. The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships. To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members! As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present. Our members come from all over the world and have a big range of professions. Most members are between 25-35 yrs old, but we believe that age is just a number. We love diversity and promote environments where you will get to meet people from different backgrounds and broaden your horizons. Unfortunately, as the rooms are only suitable for one person, the payment should come from a single bank account. Our apartments are your home, so you can definitely have guests come over as long as everyone in the home is fine with it and you follow our guest policy. Our members have an international background! They are young professionals from all around the world. Our apartments typically do not have locks on individual private rooms. This is primarily due to safety concerns since police or firefighters may need to enter the room in case of an emergency. Additionally, we provide services such as cleaning and furniture repairs/maintenance, so our operations team or technicians/plumbers may need to enter if there is an issue in a private room or if it is time for cleaning. In such cases, we will always notify the members in advance and knock on the doors before entering. Thank you for your understanding! Yes, the apartment included a fully equipped kitchen. Just leave the room in a decent way and make sure that nothing got broken during your stay. Yes, they are! Once every 2 weeks. As our contracts are open-ended, you can stay for as long as you like depending on the availability! However, unfortunately, the stays can't be shortened.
