Idle private apartment residence refurbished into an unmanned urban express type of "homestay" with bedrooms rentals sold separately or together - one small bedroom and one large bedroom. There is no meal service and the homestay operator needs to occasionally stay in his own master bedroom. We don't have point of sales terminals or NFC sensors/QR code scanners. If you wish to pay through bank cards (credit/debit, Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Discover) with foreign currencies, you will need to be able to add them virtually to mobile payment app which also supports scanning our Paypal QR code. The homestay operator has no management obligation or safety guarantee for public area luggage storage. 2) Storage in mechanical key locked private rooms only accessible to the key administrator. For guests from or to the Pudong International Airport, you are encouraged to try out the magnetic levitation train at the Long Yang road hub station near our homestay. Digital e-commerce (products and services delivery to the door) can also enhance your local experience even further, especially 24/7 food delivery to the door at this part of urban Pudong, Shanghai! The entire Jinhua Garden community neighborhood will enter quiet hours after 10 pm, and the community neighborhood's South B Zone's southern entrance gate (at 828 Bei Ai Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai) will be closed and locked daily from 10 pm until 6 am by the security guards hired by the property management company. So access to local markets and services on Bei Ai Road will be off limits from 10 pm until 6 am. 2) Any urgent late night cargo delivery, please communicate with the delivery personnel in private through virtual calls or private messaging, and leave a note to inform/advise the delivery service providers to access the community neighborhood through the east entrance at 2866 Jin Xiu Road, observe quiet hours, and avoid using doorbells/intercoms that broadcast buzzing ringtones which may disturb others.
