We have a luxury house near Rockridge Secondary School. Our family of 3 adults (me ,my husband, & my daughter). We have been homestay hosts for the last 15 years and some of our old students still send us Christmas cards every year. The rooms are beautifully furnished with semi-private and private bathrooms. We are only 5 min. Walk from Rockridge secondary school (one of the best schools in Vancouver). Also 5 min. walking distance to Caulfield Village shopping Center which contains lots of retail stores like a medical clinic, pharmacy, Safeway grocery store, beauty & spa parlor, restaurants, Starbucks, bank, dry cleaners, bakery, clothing boutiques, post office and many many more.... We have 3 bedrooms available for Homestay high school students. Rent is CND $1600 to C$1900 per month depending on the size of the room and amenities like private & semi private bathrooms.
