I am offering a bedroom with queen bed, 4 piece bathroom, laundry, family room with TV, kitchen, internet, breakfast and dinner and snacks beverages. Single Room (Beautiful bedroom with four pieces bathroom.) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Room cleaning, laundry twice on week ends or after 7pm, no kitchen after 10pm. Payment method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking to us in advance of the booking to hold your room ( on top of the 15% Service fee paid to Homestay.com) cancelation policy: We ask our guests to give us at least one month notice for any cancelation. Later then this will not be refunded.
