My house is a town home within a quiet and secured neighborhood in the city of Vaughan, Ontario which is 20 minutes from airport and 15 minutes from down town Toronto. My son lives here. . A fully furnished bedroom on 2nd Floor with own bathroom. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 1) with Private bathroom This room is located on the 2nd floor. Capacity: 1 Rates: 578.49 Weekly / 1549.49 Monthly House Rules: We are a non-smoking home so smoking is not allowed . Please clean up after yourself and keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm Please do not invite stangers in our home and no overnight stay is allowed.. Please enjoy your stay and treat our home with respect. *Payment method* Payment to made in advance by bank transfer or paypal. The room rate includes the following services: washing machine usage , internet access and free car parking. Smoking Rules Practice proper hygiene. Quiet time by 11 PM. No visitors allowed.
