There is a laundry room in the building. The unit features thermostat-controlled baseboard heating. The rent includes high speed Wifi, BC hydro, hot water, gas, and maintenance fee. Available for rent from May 15, 2022. Female student only. It is $1000/ month. A damage deposit of $500 is required. The tenant must be clean and quiet. No smoking and no pets.
