To keep the shared areas tidy and accessible for everyone, please store all suitcases and personal bags inside your own room. While we offer a small common storage area, it is not large enough to accommodate everyone’s luggage and is not suitable for furniture. Using your private closet ensures your belongings stay secure and out of the way. Yes, we ask all guests to clean their room before checking out. Please leave your space as tidy as you found it so we can prepare it for the next resident. Just remember to take all your personal items and dispose of any trash. This helps us create a welcoming home for everyone! Our guests are responsible for keeping their private bedrooms clean, but we provide a fresh, clean space for you upon arrival! We kindly ask everyone to tidy up after themselves in the shared areas. While we don’t offer regular cleaning services, we appreciate your help in keeping our community a comfortable place for all. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. Storage lockers and parking are additional costs. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. We have laundry machines available to everyone. Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms.
