Hi, We are two loving, friendly grandparents who welcome students to stay with us. We have a very spacious, clean and convenient location in the city. We have 3 private rooms, kitchen, common living space area, laundry, separate entrance door, 2 bathrooms and internet included. Send us a hello, we are happy to host you! Room(s): 1. Twin Room (grand room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (single room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Homestay! Hello and Welcome! To quickly list the house rules. 1.) You will be given a house key that you will be responsible for. 2.) Showers are max. 10 minutes. Showers only, no baths permitted please, need to share hot water 3.) Bedroom, common use area is to be kept clean, please vacuum and mop once a week 4,) Laundry is once a week. (Saturday/Sunday) ?5.) Garbage bins; one is in the bathroom the other in your bedroom. When it is full please take the garbage to outside bin at the rear of house (Recycle blue bin outside for bottles/cans) 6.)There is a fridge, stove, air fryer (please clean and unplug after every use) microwave available for your convenience. 7.) Out of consideration for others, please clean up after yourself, don’t leave garbage around, please wash dishes 8.) No smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol is permitted 9.) No shoes allowed inside the house, indoor slippers ok 10.)) No guests permitted inside the house without consent. 11.) When leaving home, please ensure doors locked, All lights are turned off. If key is lost, your responsibility to replace. 12.) All electronics are unplugged after use ( flat iron, hair dryer, electrical shavers, etc…) Hope you have a pleasant stay with us.
