The queen-sized bed ensures a comfortable night's sleep. Capacity: 2 Rates: 800.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: At our property, we have a few rules to ensure a clean, comfortable and safe environment for all guests. We kindly ask that you adhere to the following: Please do not wear your shoes inside the property. This helps to maintain a clean environment and preserve our flooring. Pets are not allowed on the property. This ensures the comfort and safety of all guests, especially those with allergies. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Please refrain from hosting gatherings or parties. We aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests. We also kindly ask that guests take care to maintain a tidy and clean environment during their stay. Please note, first time guests will be asked to provide a 25% deposit on their stay to help avoid cancelations. Cancelations within 30 days of bookings will not have deposit refunded.
