Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1475.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (3rd Bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room is south facing located on the main floor of a detached house and it's available from August 1st to September 30th. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (4th bedroom) with Shared bathroom This bedroom is located on the main floor of a detached house and is available from August 1 to September 31 Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: This is a quiet, respectful home, ideal for studying and resting. No smoking, vaping, drugs, parties, or large gatherings. Overnight guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Please keep shared spaces clean and tidy after use.
