Outgoing family ,working hard

My family lives in a 6 bedrooms in the vancouver area we are close to all the amenities such as library,park, groceries, banks, market,restaurant school like high school john oliver secondary school,langgara college , the bus going downtown is just 5 minutes walk and also the canada line going downtown is close. we have 1 bedroom that available for our guest for homestay We have one daugther she is 17 years old and she goes to st. Patrick secondary school in vancouver. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom Double bed with study table. Lamp. Closet the room is located in the upper part of the house Capacity: 1 Rates: 380.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: The curfew is 11:00pm We would ask you do not use shower after this time so as not to disturb anyone Always lock the front door Do not invite friends over unless discussed first Clean kitchen after use Amenities: Patio, Internet Access, Laundry, Garden Local Amenities: Tennis, Gym, Library, Shopping Centre, Sports Arena, Local Bus Stop, Park, Amusement Park, Restaurant, Local Train Station
