Hello! My name is Leyila, and I live with my husband. We have an extra room available for anyone who would like to join us. We are a caring and welcoming family who enjoy learning about new cultures and sharing our own. I love cooking different ethnic foods and am always happy to try new recipes or suggestions. Our home is clean, comfortable, and peaceful, featuring two large rooms and a desk, perfect for studying or doing homework. It is ideal for students or working professionals who value respect, privacy, and a positive living environment. Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk or 3-minute bus ride to Vancouver Career College and very close to Simon Fraser University (SFU), the home is also near other universities, Surrey Public Libraries, recreation centres, and Central City Mall, providing easy access to shopping, services, and amenities.
