Homestay with Vietnamese Family

We are a Vietnamese family looking for a homestay student. We have a large furnished bedroom, private bathroom with a bed, desk, dresser, and futon. The house is situated in a quiet number and within walking distance to shopping areas on Fraser St. and Victoria St. There are local markets along with many restaurants nearby. There is also a community center within walking distance which consists of a swimming pool, gym, recreational activities. The room is available on January 15, 2020 for CAD$800/month. Meals are not included. The student must be neat and tidy. Transit information -Langara College 20min -Langara/49th Skytrain station 25min -UBC - 50min -Downtown - 35min -BCIT - 50min -Metrowtown - 35min Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom with ensuite half bathroom) with Ensuite bathroom large furnished bedroom, private bathroom with a bed, desk, dresser, and futon. Single Room (Room 2 - Private Room) with Shared bathroom This room is perfect for one person. It is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Student will share facilities with other students and family. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: Please be neat, tidy, and respectful. The bedroom is available for one person. No overnight guests. Meals are not provided but you are free to use the kitchen. There is a dog living in the house.
