We are a family of 3, myself, my husband and my funny 13-year old teen. We are musically inclined. My husband is a drummer and a bass player, I am a spa uniform designer and a licensed Financial Advisor. We love the outdoors and spending family time. We give respect to our homestay students and expect mutual respect. We love hosting and showing what Vancouver has to offer. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom This room with a stunning view of the mountain is a double room and has its own deck and shared washroom. Capacity: 2 Rates: 750.00 Weekly / 1695.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom3) with Shared bathroom This bright and airy room on the top floor overlooks the garden. Spacious, light and airy, it is oozing with charm and character. Capacity: 1 Rates: 600.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: A 50% deposit of the first month's rent is due upon booking. After the booking is confirmed online, details will be shared to proceed with the payment. This will be released upon move-out. We accept Wise, Western Union or Xoom deposits. (I believe Wise is the most economical alternative if available from home country) A 30-day notice is required if moving out before the move-out date.
