Comfortable room in renovated suite

Welcome to our Homestay! It’s a comfortable ground level suite in a beautiful character house for female tenants. It’s a quiet, safe neighbourhood, a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride from the city centre. There are two major bus routes one block away and a skytrain station a 15 minute walk away. We have 3 bedrooms, each with a comfy bed, a desk and a clothes closet. Each room has its own lock for your privacy and security. The suite has a well-equipped kitchen and a communal dining area. There is a front living room with a sofa, TV and Netflix and a bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). The suite has Wifi internet throughout and is equipped with everything you need from bed sheets to towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, washing machine and microwave as well as all the plates and kitchenware you need to cook your own meals. Comfy queen-sized bed and a large window with lots of natural light. Good sized closet for clothing and storage. Each room has a lock on the door for extra privacy and security. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 850.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Cypress Room) with Shared bathroom A nice and comfortable room with lots of natural light. One of the largest rooms in the suite. Comfy single bed and a good sized closet for clothing and storage. Each room has a lock on the door for extra privacy and security. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules 1. Smoking is not permitted in the house. 2. Consumption of alcohol is permitted if the student is of legal drinking age (19). 3. The homestay student must abide by all local laws and regulations. 4. The homestay student is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the homestay property. 5. We strive to keep a clean and comfortable accommodation for our guests and expect our guests to keep the common areas clean and be respectful with regards to noise. 6. Quiet time before 8am and after 11pm.
