Comfortable private room

We are an experienced homestay family for over eight years. The price includes 3 meals a day. We hosted students from all over the world from ages of 14 to 44! We provide clean, comfortable, and safe environment for students that are seeking secondary home awhile they are studying in a different city. Our house is new, modern and updated. Students will have access to their own dedicated bathroom. We allow maximum 2 students at a time with different nationalities. Our home is 10 min walking distance to Walmart, Canadian Tire, Starbucks, Superstore, and many restaurants. Great family neighborhood with lots of young families and parks. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Upstairs bedroom) with Private bathroom Large room with bed, dresser, desk, nightstand and large closet. Have access to dedicated bathroom only to the student on the same floor. student responsible for cleaning their own bathroom. Darkening curtains also allow deeper sleep. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking, must be clean and respectful and be a student at a school. We provide full meals and pack lunch.
