The space we offer was just renovated, new bathroom and guest rooms, also fridge and we have two rooms available. You will have privacy on the 1st flr. with private entrance. We provide breakfast and dinner, meals vary from Italian, Chinese, Indian and more, always home cooked, sometimes even vegetarian. Bus stop 2 min walk, direct to downtown; 25 min ride, #16 bus. Also 7min. walk to rapid bus for UBC #99 bus. Very nice quiet neighbourhood, 2 min. walk to many restaurants ; all different cuisines, bubble tea, Starbucks, Tim Hortons and shopping, Fitness centre, library, swimming pool and ice rink. We are a small family and enjoy having homestays. We have a friendly dog' please enquire as to which room is available. **ONLY FEMALES Room(s): 1. Double Room (Cozy Double) with Shared bathroom large queen bed, walk in closet, work desk. Capacity: 2 Rates: 410.00 Weekly / 1195.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Relaxing Single) with Shared bathroom This room has a single bed, in the basement with window. Large closet, door that locks from the inside and desk. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1195.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules -Each guest will be given 1 key, for the front door. We ask that you lock doors every time you go out. -Guests are not allowed to cook themselves in my kitchen. -Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. -Please do not invite strangers into my house; if you would like to invite a friend over just let us know in advance -Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own home. -Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Advance payment: Once confirmed please pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings). If cancelled before 7 days of arrival, you will receive a full refund of deposit.
