Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom Private bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed, closet, window, desk, lamp and dresser Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: - Please remove your shoes when you step inside the house. - Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. - Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. You can prepare simple meals in the kitchen. There is a fridge, toaster, microwave, electrical kettle, and coffee machine, plates, glasses and cutleries for guests to use. - No pets are allowed inside. - No smoking or vaping of tobacco or cannabis - Please do not bring guests into our home. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 pm. -The booking fee is paid to Homestay.com and not to the host. - Laundry (washer and dryer with detergent included) is available two loads per week. Please arrange with host if additional laundry is needed for an extra fee. -SHORT STAYS (up to two months) are asked to pay their non-refundable stay fee on the first day of arrival in cash. Short term fees are not refundable. - LONG TERM STAYS; over two months, are required to pay the first & last month of their non refundable stay fee on the first day of arrival in cash, with the remainder on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month, in cash. One month notice must be given to cancel long term bookings.
