However, our policy currently allows only one registered tenant per lease to ensure a smooth and organized community. Once it’s signed and the initial payment is completed, your reservation is officially confirmed. We’re happy to let you know that your security deposit will be refunded via e-transfer or another flexible payment method of your choice.
