Hello We are a family of 4 adults (wife, husband, daughter and son) that live in large, corner lot, cozy house. What we have to offer is a fully furnished street / basement level, 1 bedroom apartment that was renovated last year. We are looking for a non-smoker FEMALE (wife and daughter’s request) who attends York university, works in area or a private school close by. Upfront Requirements • Credit Check • Government Photo ID • Work letter • Previous Addresses • References also you will need to provide apartment insurance Included Utilities: • Electricity, Heat, Water/Sewer, Home Features - private: • Entrance – street level • bedroom with bed and furniture, • bathroom with modern shower, • fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, pots & pans, dishes & silverware) • heating, and air conditioning, • washer & dryer, Extra if needed • We have our house cleaned by a cleaning lady, bi-weekly, she can clean your apartment for an extra $150 a month (2 times a month) – dust, vacuum, wash bathrooms, floors, kitchen and make beds. Shared access: • to patio or back yard in summer and fall. • family room (rarely accessed by us).
