Warm and happy homestay

We are a family of 4, mom, dad, 1 daughter and 1 son. We love to cook/eat and really love animals. We love to exchange cultures, we have 15 years experience with homestay. Please keep in mind that we require our guests to submit us a copy of their ID before check-in by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online. Please send us a video message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip. Thank you! Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Here are our house rules: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. Guest must keep their room clean, we expect once a week vacuuming and bed sheets must be washed every week/bi weekly. Guest must share cleaning duties with my son who shares the bathroom. Laundry can be done once per week, preferably during low peak hours (7pm-7am). If guest requests meals, they must advise at the latest 2 hours prior.
