Hello, we are offering 1 room in our 2-bedroom apartment. The Yonge and Eglinton area is very beautiful and our apartment is just opposite the Line 1 Subway station that will take you straight downtown to the union in 20mins. Price includes utilities, washer, and dryer in the house, our building has gym facilities also. Only interested in someone who is extremely clean, with no partying or pets. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 455.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking, drugs or pets. Must be immaculately clean and not be participating in activities that will result in noise complaints with our neighbors. Check In Time 3pm. Check Out Time 10am. We charge a set fee of $30 for cleaning. Use of the kitchen is from 8am to 6pm only. Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
