BOTH ROOMS ARE LOCATED IN PRIVATE BASEMENT WITH SEPARATE ENTRANCE, KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND LIVING ROOMS Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Our home is non-smoking as we live in the upper floors and have a teenage daughter. Overnight guests are not allowed unless cleared prior to stay. Please treat our home as you would your own, we take great pride in our home and belongings. Please keep noise down after 10pm.
