BOTH ROOMS ARE LOCATED IN PRIVATE BASEMENT WITH SEPARATE ENTRANCE, KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND LIVING ROOMS Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Our home is non-smoking as we live in the upper floors and have a teenage daughter.
