Shared Condo-Aprtmt in Toronto

The Apartment Condominium is located in Toronto, in the suburbs of Scarborough-Guildwood. I am the owner and the only occupant. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and one bedroom and one bathroom is rented to guest. The living room and kitchen are shared space and there is a library and games room in the building. My interest is going for long walks, hikes , pickleball, swimming and lifting weight, reading, cooking and watching great movies. Our language is English, and I have the basic French and Spanish comprehension. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: General Conduct Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Respect the privacy and personal belongings of others. Keep doors and windows locked when leaving. No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal drugs; alcohol use must be moderate and respectful. 2. Guests & Visitors Overnight guests are not permitted/require prior approval. Day visitors must be discussed with the host/roommates beforehand. 3. Shared Spaces Clean up immediately after using the kitchen, or living areas. Shared items (appliances, condiments, supplies) must be used fairly and replenished if finished. Each person is responsible for their own bedroom and laundry. 4. Kitchen Use Label personal food items (if necessary) Wash dishes promptly after use; do not leave them overnight. Keep the bedroom and bathroom clean, vacuum and mop the floor Keep counters and stovetops clean 6. Cleaning & Chores Rotate weekly chores (trash, vacuuming, shared space cleaning). Trash/recycling must be taken out on scheduled collection days. Wipe surfaces after use; hang towels and store personal toiletries properly. Inform the host whether you are eating out or not returning for a meal ( applied in certain circumstances) Participation in family meals or routines is encouraged. 8. Roommate-Specific (if applicable) Rent is due on first date of each month; bills are shared equally/unless otherwise agreed. Shared household supplies (toilet paper, detergent, etc.) are split fairly. Provide 30–60 day notice before moving out 9. Communication & Conflict Notify host/roommates if you’ll be away overnight or longer. Discuss issues directly and respectfully. Everyone is expected to contribute to a positive home environment.
