Welcoming Home in the City I am a mother with two adult children and 3 grandchildren, living on my own in a peaceful household. I have rooms available for rent The home is quiet and welcoming. Convenient walking distance to TTC buses and streetcars shops and restaurant's. We are English-speaking household. I work 8 hours per day, so you’ll enjoy a calm environment during the day. Single Room (room 1) with Shared bathroom This is a large double size room located on the second floor. Capacity: 1 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 4) with Shared bathroom This room is on the second floor has a queen size bed with desk and dresser, and a window looking out to the back yard. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom This is a smaller room with single bed, desk and dresser. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Room 3 ) with Shared bathroom This room is located on second floor. It’s a larger size room with a queen a size bed, desk chair and night stand. The room has large windows looking out the front of the house. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Guests can pay cash or E- Transfer on the 1st day upon arriving. Check in times - After 11:00AM Check out time-11:00AM House Rules: • Please remove your outdoor shoes at the door; walking inside with outdoor shoes is not allowed. •Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen. •You must clean up the kitchen and washroom after yourself and take out your garbage. • Laundry is available available for long-term stays • Please be mindful of other guests staying in the home. Refund Policy: •A two-week notice is required prior to arrival for any refund consideration. • No partial refunds or full refunds will be given for leaving before your agreed-upon date is complete.
