Richmond Hill 5 minutes walking to Bus stop

we are a couple with a small Friendly dog who are willing to offer our beautiful basement for student accommodation. we consider the student as our family member as long as she/he follows the rules. No Party & No smoking. Our place is fantastic for a healthy living style. Walking in the trail, Swimming in the in ground pool, studying in a quiet environment.
