Absolutely no smoking, occasional drinking. No parking Basement…2 Exceptionally large rooms with attached study room. All rooms furnished with beddings. Sharing a fully equipped kitchen and an attached 4 piece washroom. TV room with cable and wifi. 20 minutes walk to University of Toronto Scarborough campus, Centennial College Morningside campus. 30 minutes by bus to Centennial College, Progress Campus, Scarborough. Close to PAN AM games center pool and gyms Steps to bus every 10 minutes…3 different routes. Will take grocery shopping once a week during winter. House is backed to a quiet park. Walking distance to, food takeouts…Indian, Chinese, Italian etc., and Convenient stores. Also to nature walks, river and trails. Laundry once a week, 1 load. Cooking once a day before 10pm due to fire regulations. (Recommended meal prep during the weekend). 2 hours maximum cooking per day per time. Clean and put way utensils after cooking a must. Garbage lids closed all times. Kitchen counter clean. Preferably long term single student. No smoking and drinking…occasionally. Single Room (UPSTAIRS SINGLE ROOM private 1 person) with Shared bathroom Single upstairs room, only 1 person. Lots of sunlight. Has a table and chair. Cupboard and hangers. Attached next room with mini kitchen with fridge Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 870.00 Monthly House Rules: Absolutely No Smoking at all not even outside the house. Only occasional drinking. Mindful with hot water and electricity. Keep room door slightly opened if necessary for fresh air during day. Please do not open window during winter (due to electricity & hydro). Front door opened with a personal code, not to be shared. Alarm armed after 12pm - 6am. (Will give an alarm code if necessary). Preferably, please use the mini kitchen upstairs with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, at your convenience. Upstair room: Cooking once a day, 2 hrs(fixed time) downstairs kitchen. Please clean after use. No excessive noise after 10 pm. Prefer long term. Occasional visitors, with permission. Laundry once a weeks, clean room and vacuum. Arrival with clean cloths, must. Housekeeping: Clean; vaccum/mop, your room, shared TV room, washroom and kitchen...once in 2 weeks. Once a month inspection. Basement kitchen cooking; 2 hrs per day before 10pm Required to stay there till the cooking is done. Its a must to avoid fire and smoke...danger to the house. Clean after thoroughly and sink free of dirty dishes. Put away dishes. Clean counter and floor. Garbage: Emptied out on Mondays or if it's filled. Bin lid has to be closed tightly to avoid fruit flies and other insects. Payment Method: For stays longer than two months, we require our guests to pay an additional month's rent with the first payment. If the booking is shortened by the guest or if the guest is required to leave for not following the house rules, this amount will be non-refundable.  Turnoff all lights when you leave room/house. Washroom 20 minutes occupancy per time. 10 minutes max for showers Treat my home like yours!
