Our peaceful suite with private bathroom & kitchenette is on the lower level of our 100 year old Victorian home on a quiet safe residential street, within walking distance to many transport options and the lively Junction & Roncesvalles neighbourhoods with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and the beautiful High Park. Perfect for a student (with direct subway to University of Toronto) or tourists alike. You will have your own privacy downstairs and will be the only guest, I live upstairs with my teenage son. We keep our place clean, are respectful of our guests and are on hand to answer any questions whilst respecting your privacy. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom Suite) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 600.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Master bedroom) with Ensuite bathroom Large double room with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet at the top of the house. Requires going up 2 flights of stairs. Capacity: 2 Rates: 700.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: Please no guests, pets, loud noises or smoking/vaping. We appreciate if you can leave and enter the house quietly and only access the lower level of the house.
