We have a basement suite with its own private and separate entrance available for one guest with a queen bed. You will have access to your own bathroom and kitchen including a fridge, microwave, cookware and stove. We will provide basic essentials during your stay for the unit. This is ideal for extended stays and a great opportunity to allow students, travelers and visitors to experience Toronto independently at an affordable rate with the support of a local host. Our home is located near a beautiful local park with various amenities including bike and walking trails, tennis court, swimming pool, hockey arena, and so much more for you explore! We are conveniently located to transit (UP Express/GO Train/TTC) and the Pearson International Airport, a short ride so you can quickly settle in! We joined Homestay because we enjoy meeting new people around the world and love to travel as well. I understand that having the support of a local guide to answer questions and offer assistance is important when you're in a new city. We have hosted visitors from other parts of Canada, France, Ecuador, Japan, Peru, UK, Hong Kong and India so far through Homestay or other hosting agencies! Please note that we are currently not accepting pets of any kind at this time. This is a basement suite so you may hear footsteps and other sounds. If you have a sensitivity in this area, this may not be the ideal Homestay for you. If you have allergies/dietary restrictions or phobias, please note that we may not be able to accommodate you. We are open to extending stays if we have the availability. Please kindly refer to our calendar, it is updated regularly. All stays should be confirmed and booked at least 24 hours in advance or they may be promptly closed as I require sufficient time to get the space ready for your stay! We offer the suite to other hosting agencies so I need to plan accordingly. We currently accept Interac/Western Union/Wise as method of payment. Payment must be made in full to the host (Amy) prior to arrival before location information will be released to you. The booking fee is paid to Homestay only. We do not receive any of those funds. It includes a bed, a nightstand, a dresser, coffee table, dining table with chairs, artwork, lamp, power bar, desk and chair. The room has good reception for WIFI. You will also have exclusive use of a private kitchen. Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1885.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking/vaping/drugs in the house No shoes in the house, you will be provided slippers No loud noise after 10:00PM Keep home clean (the way it was provided to you) You are responsible for cleaning and keeping the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom tidy. Always lock the entrance door, shut off all the lights, unplug electronics, and close the windows when you leave and be courteous to the neighbours.
