Welcome to our clean, peaceful shared family townhouse in North York, near Don Mills Road and Van Horne Avenue. We are a respectful family of three professionals and enjoy welcoming quiet, responsible guests. We offer two separate private furnished bedrooms, each designed for one registered guest and equipped with a twin bed, workspace, TV, closet and high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests share the bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living spaces with the hosts and other guests. Light cooking and complimentary laundry are available. Paid on-site parking may also be arranged, as well as free street parking. Our home is close to TTC bus routes, Don Mills Subway Station, Fairview Mall, Seneca Polytechnic’s Newnham Campus, Peanut Plaza, grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies. Downtown Toronto is approximately 35–50 minutes away by public transit. This homestay is best suited to students, professionals and solo travellers seeking a quiet, clean and respectful place to stay. Guests must clean the kitchen and all shared items immediately after use. • Please keep the shared bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living spaces clean and tidy. • Do not share your entrance code or room-access information with anyone. • Guests must respect the hosts, other guests, neighbours and the peaceful family environment. • For stays of seven nights or fewer, room cleaning is not included. For stays of eight nights or longer, cleaning is provided once every seven days. • Damage, missing items or maintenance problems must be reported to the host promptly.
