Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate whether you’d like to extend your stay or shorten it. Yes, we send a lease contract to secure the booking. Once it’s signed and the initial payment is completed, your reservation is officially confirmed. We’re happy to let you know that your security deposit will be refunded via e-transfer or another flexible payment method of your choice.
