I am living in a beautiful, nice and very clean home in North York, Toronto. I have 2 bedrooms on the main floor and one in a large and beautiful basement. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with a lot of parking, a paved front and backyard, a garden, and storage. Close to all Sheridan mall, Walmart, banks, Chinese supermarket Blue Sky, Catholic school and Jane/Wilson junction. It is just off 401 and 400 highway, about a 15-minute drive from Toronto Pearson airport, and 20 minutes to Toronto downtown. 15-minute walk to bus stops and 15 minutes to the subway by bus. A basement apartment with a full private bath, and large double-queen-size bedroom is available for short-term rental. Advance payment via e-transfer is required upon your booking confirmation on top of the service charge from booking.com. 25% of the total amount processed during the booking confirmation, and the remaining 75% after the booking is confirmed ( the host will contact the guests directly to organise the final transfer) Good for working professionals, couples, family short/long term stays during business trips, first landing in Toronto.
