Cozy Private Apartment

Our home is near a major intersection, close to many groceries, and the public transit system (TTC and YRT). We have two private extra bedrooms to host visitors for short-term and long-term stay periods in our quiet and safe neighborhood. The rooms are located in the basement of our house with a private entrance separate from the main floor. It will be like your own private apartment! You will have your own washroom and kitchen shared amongst the two private rooms. We have high-speed internet, laundry (washer and dryer), and central air conditioning, heating available for our guests. The Bedrooms are north-facing with a window. The room includes a comfortable double bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser, and towels for use. The kitchen includes an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a toaster oven, a kettle, basic cooking utensils/cutlery, and equipment needed to whip up dinner. The bathroom includes a hair dryer. This apartment is suitable for students, small families, couples, and anyone who would like to explore the city! The minimum length of stay is 7 days and the maximum length of stay is 3 months. Long-term stays are reserved for students at the moment. Please send me a message for more information. My family lives on the main floor but likes to keep to themselves, therefore we will give you privacy to do your own thing. Capacity: 2 Rates: 273.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: In our home, we embrace diverse and a welcoming environment where everyone is treated with respect. I strive to achieve the best quality through cleanliness and hospitality. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival House Rules and Policies: Please respect everyone in the house. Please let me know if you have any unregistered guests/visitors in the unit not listed in the booking. Friends are allowed over occasionally but absolutely no overnight guests. Open communication is very important to avoid misunderstanding. Please maintain the cleanliness of the rooms, kitchen, and bathroom after use. Please take care of the furniture and items available to you. Confirmed bookings should notify the host if there are any changes. Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 7 AM Absolutely no smoking, vaping, and/or illegal drugs use in the house or on the premise. Occasional alcohol is acceptable. No events or parties are allowed. If smoking of any kind occurs during your stay, there will be a $250 CAD charging fee.
