Hello! My name is Kimon Christian, and together with my wife, Renee, we look forward to welcoming students into our home. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and learning about new traditions and customs. As a family, we believe in creating a warm, welcoming, respectful, and supportive home where everyone feels comfortable. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment is at the heart of everything I do. These values guide both my professional life and the way my family and I welcome others into our home. We have two wonderful children, and we enjoy spending time together as a family. I enjoy cooking, trying new foods, and occasionally dining out at local restaurants. We are a friendly, easygoing family who values kindness, cleanliness, respect, and open communication. I work from home Monday to Friday, which allows me to be available if you have any questions or need assistance. We understand that moving to a new country can be both exciting and challenging, and our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where you can feel at home while focusing on your studies and enjoying your experience in Canada. Single Room (basement room) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: To help keep our home clean and comfortable for everyone, we ask that students clean their bathroom at least once a week, sweep regularly, and wipe up any water after showering. Cleaning supplies will be provided. We encourage everyone to conserve energy by turning off lights when not in use, taking reasonable-length showers, and ensuring taps are fully turned off. Dinner will be provided several times throughout the week, and students are welcome to keep personal snacks in the designated refrigerator space. To help maintain clean bedrooms, please enjoy all food and drinks in the dining area. Finally, to ensure the privacy and safety of everyone in the home, visitors are not permitted.
