friendly /enthusiastic family

I live in the Toronto area in a 4 bedroom house, we have a teenage son. Our home is 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to the subway to downtown Toronto. We have a good sized kitchen with a family room and a big TV screen. We have a big deck that everyone loves especially in summer time were we enjoy BBQs and parties outside. It's only a 10 year old house and our neighbourhood is full of young families. I love cooking. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom It's located on the 2nd floor with a queen bed, night table, dresser and desk. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and double lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.
