We’ve been enjoying hosting international students since 2014. We are happy to help you settle into the city or give you space to explore on your own. We aim to make you comfortable, while away from home and help to make this the best possible experience for you. We are foodies who love culture, the arts and music. You must love dogs, because our dog Bogey (Sir Humphrey Bogart) will want to get to know you and be your away-from-home pet. Police clearance obtained (for the humans, but not the dog ). Single Room (Waterfall) with Shared bathroom This room is large and located on the main floor. It has a huge bay window offering lots of natural light during the day, but also has black-out blinds for sleeping in. Capacity: 1 Rates: 398.00 Weekly / 1598.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Groovy) with Shared bathroom This room is large and located on the main floor. It has a huge bay window offering lots of natural light. Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Lofty) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. No guests (for everyone’s safety). 2. Be respectful of others. Clean up after yourself and help keep common areas tidy. 3. Laundry hours (Mon-Fri 7pm-7am, all day Sat & Sun) 4. Please don’t feed the dog, no matter how cute or hungry he acts. LOL 5. Enjoy your stay!
