Cozy home in a good area

Our family lives in a 4 bedroom home, in suburbs east end of Toronto. We have our son who works and still lives at home. We are not far from shops in area, and easy access to transit to go Downtown. Lots of parks bike trail community centre. Easy access to Centennial College, Bond, Academy and other Educational schools in area. Also close to Scarborough General Hospital and Centennial Hospitals. Ideal for those who are visiting family. Nice living room and kitchen. Continental breakfast included, ie: bread, bagels, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. I run a small Day Care in my home so I am quite busy, but on weekends we like to enjoy walking, seeing the sights. I enjoy cooking and fresh baking as well. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Window over looking back yard) with Shared bathroom Double room This room is a mid size room for one person or a couple. It is on the main floor facing north. it over looks our back yard Capacity: 2 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Middle room ) with Shared bathroom This room is a large double room for 1 person or for a couple. It is on the main floor, facing north east. WiFi, TV. Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: Please lock door when you enter and leave the home. Do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Feel free to use the kitchen, and tidy up after you use it? Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just let me know in advance. No smoking in the home. You will have internet access, but no downloading of movies or other data that may use up our GB. Please enjoy your stay.
