Convenient location to traffic, High ways, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping Malls, banks and schools, parks. Utilities all included. Parking available. I am a professional and nice lady with my husband owned the house. We don’t have pet or children in house. English and Mandarin speaking. Prefer no smoking or drugs. Clean and responsible person. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1 on second floor) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: • Quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00am. No excess noise in the house anytime • No Smoking or drugs or illegal activities • No pets • No overnight guest. Visitors must notice to landlord. • Only registered guests may have possession of the key/code at any time. • Don’t eat food at bedroom • Remove all footwear at the door to change a inside sleepers or shoes • Clean the washroom and kitchen after each use • No oily or intensive cooking smoke or strong smelly food allowed • No chemical products such as Deodorizer/ air freshener/ perfume allowed • Garbage and recycling garbage should be cleaned up in a timely manner • Store rice/flour and other food items in a proper manner to avoid attracting any rodents • Please turn off the lights, make sure close the door properly when you leave the house. • Parking is provided by discussion with landlord • Tenants should pay the rent on time. • Notified landlord two months ahead of time if going to move out.
